Qualifications
Overview
The Qualifications module lets you create questionnaires that automatically qualify leads. Instead of manually reviewing each lead, you send them a link to a questionnaire. If they answer all questions correctly, their lead status automatically changes to Qualified — no manual action needed.
How It Works
The Qualification Flow
- You create a questionnaire with questions and multiple-choice answers. Each answer is marked as correct or incorrect.
- A unique token link is generated per lead and sent to them.
- The lead opens the link (no login required) and answers the questions.
- If all answers are correct, the system marks the lead as Qualified and records the completion timestamp.
- If any answer is wrong, the lead sees an error and cannot submit — they must correct their answers.
One Attempt, Perfect Score
The questionnaire can only be submitted when all answers are correct. There is no partial credit. This is intentional: the questionnaire is a qualification gate, not a survey.

Questions and Choices
Each question is multiple choice. Mark exactly one choice as correct per question. The system validates against these correct answers when the lead submits.
You can add an introductory video (YouTube, Vimeo, or an uploaded file) that plays before the lead begins answering. Use this to explain your product, process, or requirements.
Active / Inactive Toggle
Questionnaires can be toggled active or inactive. Inactive questionnaires cannot receive new token submissions. Use this to retire old questionnaires without deleting them.
Qualification History on Leads
On each lead's detail page, the Qualification History tab shows:
- Which questionnaire was sent
- When it was sent (token created date)
- When it was completed (if completed)
- Status: Pending or Completed
This gives you a clear audit trail of which leads engaged with your qualification process and when.
Tips
- Keep questionnaires focused — 3 to 6 questions is ideal. Too many questions reduce completion rates.
- The video introduction is a great place to set expectations about what your service requires from clients.
- You can send multiple questionnaires to the same lead (each generates a separate token). The Qualification History tab shows all of them.
